Flourless banana pancakes for Wednesday Breakfast Club.

Topped with toasted sunflower seeds, a touch of maple syrup and a touch less sprinkle of sea salt. Tahini for me, peanut butter for him. Coffee for both.

This morning I woke us early and we went to the beach for a few deep breaths and a little wander below the clouds that felt heavy but nice before the sun rose. We returned home, settling into a few hours work from the kitchen table. And then I made pancakes. Because I had two ripe bananas.

    Sounds like a beautiful morning Heidi! Fresh air, the best of company (albeit working for some of it… but that can be good too) and the most delicious of nourishing breakfasts. A perfect use for some ripe bananas (and yay for tahini!). I forgot about posting for Wednesday Breakfast Club this week. I didn’t have the most interesting of breakfasts though. This entire week has been almond granola with soy milk, fresh banana and extra toasted seeds 🙂 I will definitely be trying this gorgeous banana pancake recipe on the weekend! xxx

    Two ripe bananas and pleasant company sound like the perfect reason to make pancakes on a Wednesday morning.
    I ate lunch at my desk, as I do everyday, but I am really looking forward to the weekend when I can have a farmer’s market breakfast with my Mum and sister, and Sunday morning brunch with my darling.

    Raw rolled oats soaked overnight in raw oat milk (homemade 🙂 served with grated apple and strawberries.

        It’s gorgeous, I’ve got to say! Really creamy and no plastic taste like you get from the container ones. Mix in some cinnamon, maca and agave and it’s like malted milk mmm x
