This refers to those who are hoping to conceive, those who are currently pregnant and those who have had a baby. You may be hoping to fall pregnant in the coming months or it may be a few years off, either way getting your body ready for pregnancy is an important goal for optimal fertility and a healthy mum and baby. What you eat during pregnancy is important and impacts your baby’s health, in addition to influencing your birth experience and your recovery. In terms of the post-natal period, whether you have had a baby recently or some time ago, I work to help ensure you are nourished and not depleted during your season of motherhood.
