I work with women (and partners) who are hoping to conceive, are actively trying to conceive, are already pregnant or are in the postnatal period of life - whether you have had a baby recently or some time ago. Good nutrition can be particularly important when growing and nurturing new life; in our sessions we will discuss ways to ensure you are feeling good about what you’re eating. My goal is a happy and healthy mother and baby - and what that looks like will be different for everyone.
I am a non-diet dietitian, and so do not prescribe meal plans or encourage unnecessary food restriction. I favour an Intuitive Eating approach and will take your individual circumstances and food preferences into account when offering advice.
