And We're Off...

Hey there,

Hi there.

It’s me. Me and my man. Husband. A Wedding happened, yes it certainly did. And we’re now married. We wear rings on our fingers. It’s official.

What do you do after you get married? Well if you’re lucky enough, you go on a honeymoon.

And if you’re super lucky, you get to go overseas to some place special. Not that my mum doesn’t treasure the memories of her camping honeymoon back in the seventies…but let’s just say that Paris and Sicily are a little more fancy. Yep, we’re lucky.  And boy do we know it.

Thank you to all who made this possible. Truly from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Especially our parents and work colleagues. We feel very lucky to be able to take this break. It’s going to be a glorious 5 weeks.

I’ll be sure to stop by every week or so with a happy snap and some words. Just a few words. I may simply say “gelato” and I know you’ll be fine with that, nay, you’ll encourage it. Because you’re all so wonderful. And who doesn’t love gelato?

First stop, Istanbul.
